ShapeWorks Program Daily Meal Plan
The recommended use of the program includes three meals and up to two snacks daily. Two of the meals consist of a delicious Formula 1 Shake and the third meal is colorful meal of your own choosing. Sufficient fluids are required for you health. The beverage should be low calorie. Water is the best choice. We recommend drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily in addition to your shakes. A typical day’s menu on the program is as follows: MEALS Approximate Calories Breakfast – ShapeWorks Ideal Meal 300 Formula 1 Shake (3 tbsp.) 10 oz. – skimmed milk or soy milk Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder (2 tbsp.) (Optional) 1 portion fruit (1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit) (50-100 cal.) Mid-morning snack (optional) 110 One serving of fruit Fluid/water (2 glasses) Lunch – ShapeWorks Ideal Meal 300 Formula 1 Shake (3 tbsp.) 10 oz. – skimmed milk or soy milk Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder (2 tbsp.) (Optional) 1 portion fruit (1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit) (50-100 cal.) Mid-Afternoon snack 110 One serving of fruit Fluid/water (2 glasses) Dinner 400-600 Colorful meal (salad, vegetables) and 6 oz. fish, poultry or lean meat Approximate Daily Caloric Intake 1260-1460 Depending on your body weight, activity level, gender (1500 calories for males) and metabolism, you may increase your daily calorie intake (as long as you are satisfied with your weight-loss progress)
